Our proprietary measurement system
We provide our clients with visibility to a balanced combination of performance and satisfaction survey metrics on our proprietary CUE scorecard. Named to represent key stakeholders, SFN Group’s CUE program takes a holistic approach to measuring satisfaction that includes regular feedback from three primary stakeholders—candidates and employees, client end-users or hiring managers and enterprise customers who may not be directly supervising or hiring our staff, but have a stake in the service we deliver.
With confidential input from our employees and our clients’ employees, SFN Group compares the results against performance goals to demonstrate how we’re doing. This high level of transparency helps to keep us on our toes!
